Guest guest
Well, I did my usual. Went down down down then leaped back up again. This is all fine and well though - no major suprise. But the good thing, the 155 I was hitting at a low SHOULD be the top number I hit now during my little ups and downs. The thing is - I'm pretty sure that every time I do this I'm loosing more muscle than fat. I think so because I feel and seem bigger through the middle. Exasperating isn't it. Well - hubby's new grip...the cell phone. Now I'm going to get a brain tumor and have to have my head shaved - blah, blah, blah....and he'll laugh and make fun of me blah, blah, blah... The man has such a sence of humor. Grrrrr. I swear (If I was the kind to sware that is)...if I took up breathing or drinking water for a hobby he'd find some earthshaking problem with that too! LOL! Guest guest
I know saying " don't be discouraged " is just talk, but really try to look at it this way - your weight can fluctuate up to 5 pounds in a day. You're probably just retaining water. Maybe you had something that didn't agree with you? Its impossible to show a dramatic increase in just a couple of days unless you REALLY went off track. Keep smiling! > Well, I did my usual. Went down down down then leaped back up > again. This is all fine and well though - no major suprise.
