I work at a medical institution. We get sued all the time; patients hire

private lawyers etc.

What about malpractice ?

I'm pretty sure you can look up doctors and their track records online

somewhere....its public knowledge, I think.

Does your doctor have any superiors? I go to a university hospital, so

complaints can be filed through there.

Dx w/pap. thyca. well-diff. 11/2000, 19 yrs. old

Metastases to lungs

TT w/pt. neck diss. w/30 cancerous lymph nodes removed on 11/13/2000

RAI's 3/2001, 9/2001, and 7/2002

Metastases to lungs GONE by 7/2002

3 cancerous tumors left in neck, 1/2003

Second surgery needed ASAP, 3/2003?

Actually, it's not that easy. States differ in how much info is available to

the public. And some of it is available, but not on-line and not easily

accessible.

I read an article about it recently, and if I'd been hypo the info in it

would have warmed me up for all day (*steamed* is more like it).
