I have a board also and I ban people every once in a while. All you have to do is look to the left side where it says Home, Messages, Post, Chat etc. Go down to MEMBERS and click on that, then scroll down till you come to her name and e-mail address, write it down on a piece of paper so you won't forget, (on this site you probably have several pages of members names so don't get discouraged if you don't find it right away, but go to the next page) then after you have it, look at the top or the bottom of the page, either is ok, and you will find lots of options, and click on BAN. When that page comes up, you just type in her e-mail address and be sure to click " finished " at the bottom. I'm pretty sure that bans the ISP for that person. Anyway, I've never had anyone come back on after I banned them.Whoever has the computer used will be recognized as the owner of the board, unless Cindee has turned it over to someone else.
