What is the benefit of sea salt for high pulse? Often times a high pulse ios from low sodium or dehydration. Either one

can raise it a lot. How oyu wouldtake it is get UNREFINED sea salt (I

prefer Celtic brand) and put 1/2 to 1 teaspoon in a 16 ounce glass of

water adn drink it.

I'll try. I have some himalayan sea salt. I wad doing a tablespoon a day for a

week or so, but that was before I noticed the high resting pulse. I was taking

it b/c I see people using it, but I didn't notice any benefits from it.

I'll try some at night for a few days and see what develops.
