Making a apple sauce and putting it in cheesecake would that work?

Hi Jody,

I am not sure what you mean.

You could top a cheesecake with applesauce or you might be able to

have dollops of applesauce baked into a cheesecake.

I don't know if it would work as a susbstitute for honey though.
