Guest guest Posted December 20, 2004 Report Share Posted December 20, 2004 Hi, I have been off the board due to some technical problems with my email address. They have been fixed and I'm back. Things are going well for me. So far I am 17 wks and doing well. I was diagnosed with placenta previa after some bleeding in my 13th week. It is probaly due to some scaring from the d/c and resection I had. Things are okay otherwise and I will find out if the placenta 'moved' at my 20wk ultrasound. So far all it means is no sex with hubby. We are both not to pleased with that but it's not to bad. I am seeing the baby move around below my belly button. I am very thin so I can see the baby being 'lumpy' down there. I don't feel any big movements yet! For all of you newbies out there with septums get a resection. It is the best thing I have ever done. I truly belive that if I had not had one I would not be pregnant today. I have been stuck here in the hospital for nearly 8 weeks thanks to my lovely cervix. It's still holding though, thank goodness! Last week they said the babies weighed 1 1/2 lbs. each and I can tell that they have grown a lot the past week. I am starting to see them push up through my skin so I will have one big hump on one side of my stomach and then you can watch the other one pop up too. It's so weird! It's like I can feel their little backs or butts sticking up through my tummy. Pretty cool, even though it is alot like have aliens in your belly or something...lol! Anyway, glad things are going well for you. I've been wondering where you've been!
