My understanding is that you add/subtract 2 to 4 points per week on

maintenance until you are no longer losing/gaining.

I intend to count points until I'm confident that I am eating

responsibly....which probably means I'm journaling forever ;)

you know journaling forever isn't such a bad thing. It will give us confidence

that we have done what is right for us that day. And its a day to day routine!

just 11 days on the program and I feel like a changed woman!

I agree . I know that it's easy to slide, even if it's slowly,

back into bad habits. I'll journal forever if I need to. It's just a

part of my life now.
