Oh, how frustrating!

I certainly don't think you can be blamed for assuming that the endo's office

would have done the scheduling; that does seem to be the norm.

I would call the endo's office and plead for assistance, explaining you assumed

that scheduling is something they take care of, that you are way too hypo to try

to deal with it now, and surely they can help get the treatment scheduled

promptly, since you have been hypo and on the LID for so long, and need to get

back to work, etc.

If there is someone who can make that call for you, that would probably be

ideal, but if not, hopefully the endo's assistant will take pity on you and step

in. If the person you speak to (receptionist?) can't help you, ask to speak to

the endo or his assistant, if he has one there.
