I made the recipe with regular flour and 1 tsp of baking soda and it

worked out okay. I was right in the middle of making the cookies so I

needed to do something quick. I wrote it down for next time though. That

cookie recipe is really good. Doesn't taste like regular cookies but

still good. They come out really chewy and have a more cake like

texture.
