I have probably missed this information posted on this message

board at sometime, but I was wondering if, It is OK to take fish oil,

if I take aspirin and Toprol XL and bp meds? I know that fish oil is

so good for the heart, but wonder if it is to much thinning with the

aspirin. I won't see my cardio for another month, and would like to

start with the fish oil sooner. Any comments?

Mandy:

I take aspirin, fish oil, vitamin E, and Ginko Biloba. All of which

have anti-coagulant effects... but I don't take coumadin. My doctor

is aware and allows this, but I would be hesitant to mix these with

coumadin without more information.

59M, flecainide 150mg x2, aspirin 325mg
