HI, well I just had a attempt LOL didnt even COME close to even

start to remove my septum or what ever it is---and that procedure

code is covered by tricare---now of course you would want to make

sure---I had to have like prior approval referral ect cause I go off

post---My PCM is even off post we live sorta a ways from Bragg---so

I have just always went off post--not sure if it was cause dh had

already cleared bragg(forkorea or what) Womack had the first right

of refusal and they referred me out--so I got to go off post to a

OBGYN....all I can tell you is with Tricare--I am not sure where you

post is--but I am considered north region now but for referrals and

authorizations you just have to bugg the crap out of them----NOw--I

am sorta scared to find out if they will cover that surgery twice---

but I guess I will find that out when i am referred again to I think

my Dr said maybe Chapel hill unc--but I wuoldnt see why not--it is

still a medical condition-----as far as fertility treatment---I am

not sure how they what they pay for that--see our drs can argue that

its a MEDICAL condition our uterus--cause it is technically(hehe my

dr gyn lol was like let me talk to them who do I call lol cause i

was so upset worring if they would pay for the resection---well it

didnt work but I had a big cysts removed surprise so---and plus may

have been meant not to happen since now they are quetioning the way

it looks INside from the HSG--ugg I am rambling---but yeah--what

state is that base you are going to in? if its considered NOrth

region I can probly help you, I have help alot of my online friends

lol with answers about tricare hehe since i have had to do it all

alone and had so much just this past year. I have yahoo messenger if

you have it and want to chat just message me. Just make sure if you

go off post that its a Tricare net work provider--cause tricare only

has to pay them a little bit of what it really cost and then they

taxx write off the rest---if you dont get a referral from you PCM

and do the point of service eww thats when you owe the money--I am

assuming that you are tricare Prime?
