Guest guest
Does everybody drink the milks everyday? I'm not a big dairy fan and haven't been but I'm wondering if I would lose more if I did. Allyson
Guest guest
Studies also show that weight loss is enhanced by getting your calcium naturally rather than by supplements. However, I do like the Swiss Miss Diet cocoa....it's zero points and one serving of calcium.! I also grind up the salmon bones in my salmon when making salmon patties and such for the additional calcium. Liz Donna Hrynkiw wrote: > > >Does everybody drink the milks everyday? Guest guest
I almost never drink milk. I get my dairy in by eating nonfat yogurt, cheese, and ice cream. Pudding would be good too, but I haven't tried that yet. Don't know how many points it will be. Tonight, I had a four-point omelet - 1/2 c. bettern'eggs and 1/4 c. part skim mozzarella. Could have added fresh veggies if I'd had them. But that had dairy in it too . Oh! And I often have cereal with skim milk, or put some skim milk on my oatmeal in the morning. Hope that helps. Guest guest
Allyson, take a look at these two websites, I am seeing more articles like this about dairy and weight loss. I have really made an effort this time on WW to get all 3 dairys in each day, sometimes I have 4. I am lucky that I love milk products so it isn't hard. http://www.canadianliving.com/health/features/df-dairy/index.asp http://www.cdrf.org/newsletter/dbsum02/dbeat1.htm Tinker - TX 240/223.5/150 Subject: ? about milk Does everybody drink the milks everyday?
