Guest guest
Hello, Have been gradualy going SCD for my son (6) for a couple weeks now. A food diary showed me he was having negative behaviors after he ate carbohydrates. So here I am. He wont eat baked goods unless they're crispy or crunchy. If I bake muffins, he'll pick the top off and eat that. Frustrating, cause I've been trying to sneak veggies into things. He eats mostly eggs and hamburger patties, occasionally other things. He used to eat pancakes when we were GFCF, but I haven't found any he will eat yet. Any suggestions? Thanks, Leah
