Ann (Lynden's mom) is a moderator, but we lost Patti to the SCdiet list. I have to be out of town almost the whole month of March and Ann will need some support. Being a moderator of this list is SO easy....everyone behaves and is incredibly supportive. The only real duty is to add members as they apply to the list. We began doing this to cut out the porn/spam to the list and it's helped tremendously. If anyone is willing to just check in at least once a day and see if any members need to be added, please let me know. It's literally just two clicks to add someone...very easy. I just hate to leave it to one person since I like to have the members added as quickly as possible...I so remember starting this diet and how everything felt so much like an emergency.
