Hang in there Karima!! Better days are ahead...hopefully very soon, so you

are more comfortable and in control of things. That alone will help make you

happier. Till then, you are in my prayers. My operation will probably be

very similar. Hoping it's not a general anesthesia! Take care - rest well.
