Question about yogurt starter

Sorry if you've answered this one before but I want to be sure that

I order the correct non-dairy yogurt starter. Is it: Custom Probiotic

Yogurt Starter Culture, Price: $40 per 25 gm ?

After 8 weeks on the diet I have finally ordered a yogurt maker

hoping that by giving my daughter the goat yogurt we'll see even

better results. I am nervous about making it as it sounds so exacting.

Are there some out there who really noticed a difference once the

yogurt was introduced? Just curious.

(8 yo - UC, SCD 8 + weeks)
