Another Cal-Mag-Zinc Question

I know there have been some questions about this floating around but

I have yet another one. Langan is currently on the Cal-Mag-Zinc II

supplement, along with poly-vi-sol. I have been looking for a more

complete supplement but have been concerned b/c she is only 18

months old and I keep hearing about risks with using adult

supplements. I know that Cal-Mag-Zinc III has tons of other stuff

in it. Is it considered a good complete vitamin/mineral

supplement? Is it safe for an 18 month old?

Sorry to beat a dead horse. I just can't get these answers from our

keto team (I keep hearing from them that poly-vi-sol is enough and I

don't agree) so I thought I would check here.

Thanks!

, mom to Langan, 18 months old and keto kid since 11/03

I would use the cal/mag/zincIII over the cal/mag/zinc II and the

polyvisol. At least you are moving in the right direction, I would say a

definite improvement. I still don't think its good enough but feel like

I am beating a dead horse here....notice Bill adds selenium?? A lot of

the trace mineral are missing from the cal/mag/zincIII. Another option

if you are too scared of the adult multis (remember you could do just

1/2 of one) is the cal/mag/zincII and you can buy trace mineral drops
