Been Very Busy

Hi All!

I've been having so many problems with Yahoo! I'll be in the middle

of writing a post and then it will all of a sudden delete everything

I've typed! I'm still having problems with the replies I send out and

sometimes I can't even get into the site. It will say it is

temporarily unavailable. Please know that I am not ignoring everyone!

We finally ordered our crib, mattress, changing table, glider and

ottoman. WHEW! Am I glad that is all done! The glider & ottoman

will be delivered next week The crib and changing table will take

10-12 weeks, unless the manufacturer has it in stock, which I am

praying for!

We have DH's youngest brother and his wife arriving tomorrow until

next Wednesday. They are expecting their first baby in January! So,

I will be MIA until then. Hopefully the guys will just pamper us pg

women! LOL!

I got a not so nice email from my SIL this morning regarding the baby

shower that children are not invited to. She basically said that she

would need childcare and that she knew I didn't want to hear it, but

my niece is very upset and disappointed that she won't get to be

there. Then, she said that at least she would get to see us. She

also said she isn't comfortable having someone she doesn't even know

watch her kids, so could I forward some info on this person to her. I

was so pissed!!! First of all, she should have never assumed that

children were invited! Second, does she not think my other nieces and

nephews wouldn't like to be there as well? Third, if she's that

uncomfortable with my recommendation for a babysitter, then I say get

your own babysitter or leave your kids at home! I shouldn't even be

having to deal with this! I live out of the country! I just feel she

is being so selfish! I'm tempted to email her back and say this:

this is a party given by some friends of ours. They are having it at

their home. They are paying for the party. They don't want children

at the party. I respect that. You need to respect their wishes as

well. Get over it! I'm sorry..........I'm just really ticked off!

Maybe my hormones are gettting the best of me! Is there a better way

for me to handle this???

Anyway, maybe some of my responses will show up one of these days!

Until then, I'm thinking of everyone. I'll try to check in if I can

while we have company, but, if not, I'll be catching up next
