Guest guest
Hi Group My hubby has RA and has been on AP for about 6mths and so far so good. We are constantly researching any info' we hear of about RA. Recently an ad appeared in The Daily Telegraph offering a book about "The CMO Story". We duly sent off for it at a "bargain" price and POW does it hold the attention..The book is entitled Arthritis Beaten Today and it is written by a Dr Sands. He is a research director at the San Diego Clinic International. The product is called CMO, this is the registered trade name. What it actually is...cerasomal-cis-9-cetylmyristoleate..it is derived from certain fatty tissues of beef and put in capsule form. Sounds a bit cooky?? I have read and reread this book and now am wondering if anyone else knows anything about this? The claims are along the same lines as AP therapy with case histories and also e-mail addresses etc for confirmation. The ISBN number is 1-901292-04-5. My hubby has come a long way and we are not easily impressed by cooky claims but this book is so seriously put together that we would appreciate any info' at all. I plan to e-mail them and see what response I get..will pass on anything useful. Keep your spirits up everyone, there's lights at the end of every tunnel.. Cheers...Sue
