Are there Better or Worse Illegals?

Hello,

Ive been on the SCD for two years (for moderate Crohn's/UC) and am

thinking of sticking my toe in the water (trying some illegals to

see if I react). I'm wondering if it makes sense to expand (slowly,

with a food/reaction journal, of course) into the gluten-free diet

first. I guess what I'm asking is if some illegals are better or

worse than others. Is there a spectrum? Are potatoes more or less

dangerous than rice? Etc? Where would I look for such information?

Thanks for your help.
