Guest guest
> Does this sound Okay to you guys? If I had a good cervical > measurement at 20 wks is manual checks sufficient? I'm BU and with my singleton pregnancies didn't have ultrasounds between 20-30 weeks, but I also didn't have any pre-term labor issues at that point... I think that as long as you're not having any contractions or other warning signs you're OK with the manual checks, but if you DO have any warning signs of labor insist on an u/s Are you in Virginia, or referring to some other Richmond? I live in Richmond VA and seeing the specialists at MCV, I LOOOOOVE my OB good luck to you! I'm BU and have had 2 successful pregnancies (a daughter at 35 weeks and a son at 38 weeks) and am now pregnant with twins (19 weeks and doing well) ... you might need a c-section and may be on bed-rest towards the end if you run out of room, but other than that there really aren't any risks . Guest guest
Hi Mikki, Yes, I am in Virginia. I live near Fredericksburg. I am not sure if the Peri's I have been seeing are from MCV or not. I saw Dr. Seeds and Dr. Lanni? They were both great. Guess I might be learning a little more about Richmond!! Thanks so much for your post. It made me feel a lot better. > > Are you in Virginia, or referring to some other Richmond? Guest guest
Then you only live about 45 minutes from me as we live on the northern edge of Richmond in Hanover Cty... >I saw Dr. > Seeds and Dr. Lanni? Yup, that's MCV, if your office visits are " downtown " ( Clinic) then you're 2 buildings over from where I work I see Dr. Peng, who is a partner of Dr. Lanni (Dr. Lanni did one of my u/s). I think both Peng and Lanni were named in the " 100 best OB in the country " list this year so you are in good hands! Let me know next time you're in town and we can have lunch!
