Hi ,

I saw their website and menu also . . . .doesn't it look good? Yum. I'll

have to watch my points during the day so I can enjoy myself there at dinner.

I'm learning how to manage this program..... and I love it!

I went out to their website and found this on the Nutritional Info page:

At present, we do not have complete nutritional analysis of our menu. Our

wait staff will be more than happy to assist you in selecting lighter fare

menu items if you wish. In addition, we are willing to alter, modify, and/or

omit ingredients of most menu items to allow you to stay within any required

guidelines.

Looks like they might have some pretty good salads! (Mmmm.. grilled

Points for the Elephant Bar?

Does anyone in Southern California have a list of point values for

foods at the Elephant Bar? Apparently we're going there tomorrow. I

didn't find it on Dottie's list . . . do you know if there are other

restaurant lists out there?

that SOMEONE has figured the points for this place.

Sorry I couldn't find more info... I'm still looking though. I would think

that SOMEONE has figured the points for this place.

Oh Bette, are you in Santa Barbara or has the Elephant Bar expanded elsewhere in

So Cal? I went to UCSB from 1980-84 and the Elephant Bar was our very favorite

hangout. That and JK Frimples....wonder if that's still there. Oh, how I miss

Santa Barbara!!

Well... I didn't find anything. I searched all over the country and I

didn't find a single point. I found a few blogs where people wrote that

they had gone there and blown all of their points and skipped going to their

WW meeting... but that's about all I found. BUT.. that doesn't mean that you

can't stay within your allotted points. (At least if you stick with a

salad!)
