There is also the Progurt Yogurt starter which is certified dairy

free.

The first time you make the yogurt, it's a little taxing on the

nerves. But after the first time, you'll be a pro.

If you can make a box of mac & cheese, you can make yogurt.

I've heard that the progurt makes very creamy yogurt. I have

some, but my goat milk supply is gone. So, I haven't been able

to make any yet.

When I did a cost break-down, the ProGurt is less expensive per

quart.
