Sharon, I'm happy to hear that the Flex Plan is working for you. I haven't

gotten the materials yet myself, and have decided to wait and see what my

leader says and how she " sells " the new plan. But if it works for those of you

trying it, I say Yehaw!!!! right along with you.

I wanted to share something with you, because of your signature line (and

also with any others who might have that in common with you and me). Tonight as

I was doing my job -- proofreading for a Christian publisher, I was directed

to a specific verse that I know, and probably you know too. But in light of our

commitment to and love for this WW program, it has new meaning. I'm going to

make it my own personal verse to claim as my " motto. " It's really cool.

1 Cor. 6:12 - Everything is permissible for me -- but not everything is

beneficial. Everything is permissible for me -- but I will not be mastered by

anything.

Of course, the context is different, but this so clearly applies to food and

the WW program. On WW, everything is indeed permissible. But not necessarily

beneficial. And I like the fact that now I am not mastered by food, but

rather I am the master -- I have control over the food.

Another Yehaw???? It is for me!!!
