Hi all, ok, this is the situation. The first rheumy I saw last Feb. reluctantly prescribed me Lederal ESI Minocycline 100 mg twice daily 7 days a week. Since I was going to do the 100 mg a day M,W,F, I decided to portion what I needed for a month and date and save the rest while I continued to fill my RX monthly. Anyhow, I have a large supply of mino now. I asked the pharmacist if year old antibiotics lose all effectiveness, she said she wasn't sure but more than likely it is probably pretty ineffective by now. So I decided today to take 200 mg at once. I am now very nauseous and slightly dizzy. Should I assume that my year old Mino is still very active? Any feedback would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Kimmie
