Guest guest
Hi all once in a while, when driving on the freeway, I play the radio very loud and I scream out loud my lungs . After I feel dizzy, but better. Guest guest
Good reply Lu. I have done that before, too. Screaming just seems to be my way of venting, and I'd forgotten about that. Janet

Guest guest
I've done this when I lived in the L.A. area. It's good when you're really frustrated to let out a primal scream, sometimes better than a good cry. I have places I can go around here where nobody will here me and I can really let it rip. I might just do that this weekend. ;-) LICS June "The best protection any woman can have...is courage."
