Your website is very interesting to those of us who think our a-fib is primarily " vagally mediated " . But I particularly agree with your recent addition that " It may not be that simple " . Most of my afib episodes start during sleep (classic " vagal " ), but two have occurred during strenuous exercise (including once at conclusion of treadmill stress test in my cardios office). Thus I feel more comfortable saying I have mixed but primarily vagal afib.
