Haven't been around there in a long time. Last I recall a whole lot of

construction mess around there.

Good for you on going to the Y. I don't go anywhere but in front of my tv

with exercise videos. I have to admit I am kind of addicted to them. :-)

I got a new one yesterday. A yoga stretching tape.

More for stretching out all my muscles and relaxation than working out

though. :-)
