It remains to be seen how/if there is a correlation between the two. To encourage you, I'm a 37+ year thyca survivor. No breast cancer. I was age 21 at initial diagnosis. I had 176 mCi RAI 20+ years ago. RAI is a very effective treatment for thyca. You are right when you say that we need to be vigilant about all aspects our health.
