Guest guest Posted December 4, 2001 Report Share Posted December 4, 2001 Hi Group, I was presently taking Keflex 500mg 4'xs per day after surgery. I was in the biggest flare-up. My doctor changed my prescription to Clindamycin 150mg 4x's a day. Thirty mins after I take one pill I start to flare again. You may react differently to IVs as they go straight into the bloodstream and not via the stomach.
