For those of you using aloe vera gel, how much do you take daily and how do

you manage to get it down without gagging? The bottle I got (gel with the

laxative elements removed) says you can mix it with juice, but I cannot

tolerate most juices right now because of the acid content. Thanks, Liz G.

Liz,

I haven't taken this stuff so read this with that reference in mind... you

might consider mixing it with apple juice. You avoid the acid issue and gain

the benefit of that juice being a pretty decent free radical scavenger as

well.

What did he say about the Seroquel and weight gain? The Metformin drug is on

the market...the one that keeps the weight down....did you ask about that? I

did, and that's also a possibility for to go BACK on Zyprexa with the

Metformin also.

,

All you need is a set of dumbells and a bench or swiss ball. Check

out used sport stores, garage sales, want ads, wal-mart. I love my

home gym, because I can grab a workout whenever I have spare time,

and I don't have to go anywhere.

I don't know I'd do it given the necessity for switching exercises

now and then i.e. the pull down bars leg extensions...how do I

replicate those? I have a gym at work, BUT, my job from hell

requires me to work 7 days a week for weeks on end, and weekend days

are almost 10 hours, I have to get home to walk the dog so can't stay

for the gym. Was trying to puzzle it out tonight in fact. Thanks

for your info.

I would say almost with positivity that any phenol is NOT allowed by FDA. I

am trying right now to get a product approved, thats innocuous and its

difficult, Aromatic hydrocarbons are used in solvents and are being studied

for removal. benzene is found in gasoline, polychlorinatedbyphenols or PCB's

have been phased out. Dioxins are heavily regulated as to the amout that is

allowed by EPA to be discharged into a river or stream. So I really think

this might be the wrong tree you are barking up with the Penta, however, I

was planning to take a look at it in the HFS, so I will let you know.

Please stress again and again the potential for toxicity when using

BLOODROOT and that it is also an endangered species. My concern for folks using

Bloodroot without a firm grounding in herbal use is that they may not give it

enough respect. More is NOT better.

I tincture stuff for at least a couple of months. Most folks tincture for

two weeks.

FLAXSEED oil does NOT have soy in it........ they are two very different

vegetable oils.

Good information on using flaxssed oil with chronic health issues and

Johanna Budwig's protocol can be had by joinging the

flaxseedoil2-subscribe

Keep in mind that flaxseed oil is very fragile and the one I get has some

rosemary added as an antioxidant. I am pleased with that
