Post-Resection Surgery Question

Hi there,

I had my hysteroscopy/laparoscopy surgery last Tuesday 10/5. I had

a septum resected, a D & C, as well as some stage II endometriosis

removed from my ovaries.

Good news, I'm feeling a lot better this week (after having my

catheter removed on Monday).

Bad news, I am still bleeding and it doesn't seem to be getting any

lighter! Question for those of you who had the resection...how long

did you bleed after surgery?

My RE put me on premarin (estrogen) for 6 weeks. I've been on it

for about a week now. After that I go on provera for 2 weeks. Once

AF shows after the provera I will be put on BCP's for a month and

during that month the doctor will be doing another saline sonogram.

Then we can move onto our next treatment - probably IUI with

injectibles.
