about 325 or 350 for about 1- 1 1/2 hrs should be good...make sure there's

no pink inside when you're done.

Chantelle-

I learned a trick from our local caterer. I never can remember to thaw the

darn chicken or turkey or whatever. You can put it in the oven frozen on a

lower setting for a longer time! Like I'll go off to work or school with

the oven on 250 or so and it'll be done and falling off the bone when I get

home. You'd have to cover it tho and be sure to put some water in the pan

so it doesn't burn or dry out.

I'm glad yours turned out so yummy!

Lesley,

Totally a woman after my own heart. Can't cook to save my life, have no

imagination where food is concerned but love to eat it, hate having to cook

anything that uses more than one pan, hate clearing up after, .............

and Simon is vegan to boot! Good job he has all the skills I lack and of

course I am grateful for every yummy meal!

Chantelle,

well done for entering the cooking territory. It scares the heck out of

me! I lived on salads, stir fries, omlettes and humous and pitta bread when

I lived on my own.
