It's different for everyone. when my sis went off it she went right

back to normal the way it was b4 she ever went on. I think i'm a

speical case because i've always had the WORST time with my TOM, i

think i mentioned earlier. I LOVE depo!! But you have to remember

to take your calcium and make sure your shots go in different areas

all the time (i'm sure you know this after 10 years!!!) I am

considering going back but i think i will in Jan, i will wait a year

and let my body take care of itself...this is also why i'm not

loosing weight like i should, it's another side affect of going off

the depo..sucks man STAY ON IT. hehe.

But on the lighter side, I'd much rather have it come every other

week, for 3 days, and minimal cramps, than having it once a month

for 7-8 days with HORRIBLE cramping for 5 of those days.

alltogether i'd have NONE of it...but ah well.
