Where is the written antibiotic protocol?

Dear Group,

Does anyone know where the written antibiotic protocol is hiding? I don't mean the FAQ or the physician's information. (Of course, I could be imagining that we have another version!) I want to give copies to two friends, but I'm afraid that the FAQ pages will be too much for them (both are elderly), and of course the physician's information isn't appropriate. I don't want to scare them--make them think that they have to begin with IVs, or confuse them about dosage and so on. So-----am I imagining that there's a simpler version? Any suggestions?
