Hi, I wrote a few months back about taking Dynacin (150 mg a day/7 days)

Everything had been quite normal since beginning the dynacin which led me to

wondering if it was actually working. My Dr insisted that the reaction I had to

the generic minocycline was allergic, although he couldn't explain why I had

taken it five years ago with no reaction. Anyway, last Wednesday instead of

taking my second dynacin, I took 100 mg minocycline (lederle, which I hadn't

taken before). Nevertheless, the next day I awoke feeling awful. Sleepy, stiff

and sore. Both of my ears hurt and the side of my face hurt. Since then the

pain has travelled throughout my body. Today I discovered the source of the

pain in my face is due to a new patch of morphia..

Could all this be due to taking that one pill last week. I went back to the

dynacin after that but I am wondering if that is what I should be doing?

My dr. is not supportive at all. He thinks I am crazy and have too much time on

my hands.

Any advice would be much appreciated - even if it is to agree with my dr.

Thanks a bunch.

Trish
