Guest guest
Very new to this board but really glad that you are all out there to talk with. Briefly, I wanted to know how common A Fib is among 20- 30 year olds. I have had a large number of episodes of A Fib over the last 5 years (I am currently 27), all of which have had to be reverted by electro-cardioversion. I have had 2 pulmonary vein ablations - each were very successful for exactly a year but then A Fib recurred. I have been in A Fib twice in the last 3 weeks (one year after last ablation). Very upset about having to go back on drugs. Any advice anyone can offer about next steps? Any suggestions on the best surgeon in the world to sort this out? Thanks so much for your help and best wishes to y'all.
