Guest guest Posted December 25, 2004 Report Share Posted December 25, 2004 Good morning and Merry Christmas, Is it Ok to ferment the yogurt longer than the required 24 hours? Approx 6 hours longer? Has anyone done this and will it still turn out great? This is only my second batch making it and I don't want to ruin it. We're planning on visiting my family for a few hours today.
