Guest guest Posted September 24, 2003 Report Share Posted September 24, 2003 While I totally understand the need of many people to stay away from pizza because it's a trigger food, I thought I'd pitch in here and tell you that there is no way I will give up my pizza! Friday night at my house has been " pizza night " for a few years now. Before WW, I'd eat 3 slices or on a ravenous night, even 4 (and then have that way-too-full feeling for a couple of hours afterwards!!). But probably the thing I love most about the WW points program is that I can have my pizza and still lose weight too! Friday morning is my WI, and I allow myself to eat at the high end of my range that day (yes, I'm still doing the range thing). If I'm careful with my breakfast and lunch, I end up with 14-16 points left for dinner. Two slices of Papa 's pizza is 12 or 13 points, which leaves me room for a big salad with 2 T of my favorite low-point dressing and a diet soda. This is heaven! There's no deprivation with this WW plan! I love it. And. . . the bonus for me is that I still have the other two pieces of pizza left to reheat for lunches later in the week.
