Guest guest Posted November 5, 2009 Report Share Posted November 5, 2009 White Bean Chili1/4 pound ground beef1/2 cup onion, chopped1 garlic clove, minced3 & 1/4 cups water1 (15 ounce) can great northern or nellini beans, rinsed & dried1 (4 ounce) can diced green chili2 teaspoons instant chicken bouillon granules1 teaspoon ground cumin1 teaspoon black pepper2 teaspoon fourIn a large saucepan, cook ground beef, onion and garlic until meat is brown. Stir in 3 cups of the water, beans, un-drained chilies, bouillon, cumin, and pepper. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 30 minutes. In a small bowl, stir together the remaining 1/4 cup water and the flour.
