Hi Carol,

Vicks vaporub shouldn't be used in the nose (a mucous membrane). It

is okay to put under your nose or there is a Vicks Vaporub inhaler

that can go in the nose.

This applies to everyone.

The camphor in it can be poisonous, so it should only be used externally.
