Hi ConnieI think Donna was right and it was all the orange, grapefruit, lemon and lime juice I put in "cold cure". I seldom drink juice of any kind but I did drink the cold cure. I always drink a lot of water but today I have really had a bunch. I had noticed my normally clear urine had been very yellow for several days. hugs)) Sharonjoin me on Facebook:Sharon Mars wobbletowalk@...This email is a natural hand made product. Sharon - the urinary urgency

Donna,I have a really hard time with acid and bladder problems. I was diagnosedwith interstitial cystitis which is an autoimmune disorder of the bladderlining. I have to stay away from tomatoes, oranges and fruit juices. Theygive me the symptoms of a really bad bladder infection--burning, pain, frequency and urgency. A few days of flushing with water...lots of water andit usually subsides. I miss eating tomato sauce but the pain isn't worthit.......Hope you find out what is wrong Sharon. Take care,Connie-----Original Message-----From: MSersLife [mailto:MSersLife ] On BehalfOf |)onnaSent: Thursday, December 10, 2009 6:35 AMTo: MSersLife Subject: Sharon - the urinary urgencyGood Morning Sharon..As I was reading through the posts this morning.. two jumped out at me.. the first being the urinary urgency being back... the 2nd being the burros and the sauce that was on them.. and somewhere in the back of my mind I remembered something about acidic foods being an irritant to the bladder.. so I went out and checked it out to make sure it wasn't a figment of my imagination.. but here it tisCertain acidic fruits - oranges, grapefruits, lemons and limes - and fruit juices, spicy foods, tomato-based products, carbonated drinks, artificial sweeteners, corn syrup, sugar, chocolate, coffee and tea may irritate your bladder or contribute to leakage of urine. Why these items sometimes cause irritation isn't exactly understood, and what causes bladder

irritation may vary from person to person.and it came from here:http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/bladder-control-problem/WO00122I think the good news is that the urgency is not here to stay.. but will clear up once the acid clears your system as well...There are a few things I KNOW will cause added numbness to what I've already got.. drives me nuts.. but sometimes I just HAVE to indulge in those things, and suffer the consequences of doing so... Who doesn't want Pepperoni on their pizza.. and even though I'm reminded that General T'so chicken is going to make my feet go absolutely crazy with numbness.. every once in a great while.. I just HAVE to break down and have just a little bit of the stuff... MSG is a major factor in added numbness for

me...HUGS|)onna------------------------------------
