Guest guest Posted February 26, 2001 Report Share Posted February 26, 2001 Custard - EggAmount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method-------- ------------ --------------------------------5 eggs1 cup heavy cream1 cup water1/4 cup splenda1/2 teaspoon vanilla1 dash cinnamon1 dash nutmegPreheat oven 325°F-160°C - butter 6 custard cups Whip first 5 ingredients in blender for 3 minutes Pour into cups and sprinkle cinnam or nutmeg on top Put custard cups in a pan of water that comes up about 1/2 way up sides of cups.
