Guest guest
Mark, in my opinion, I do not believe you can draw the conclusion that you do not have mycoplasma infection, just because you do not recall fever or weight loss. 1-you may have had a mild fever and weight loss and not noticed it. 2-there are different kinds of mycoplasma and variations in symptoms. 3-the article was written by a pediatrition so his experience is primarily with childern. A good option would be to get tested. IMD has a good reputation. Their # is 888-882-8838 They will require that no antibiotics, olive leaf extract, etc. be taken for one month prior to the test. They also can test for CMV, HHV-6, Chlamydia. Hypercoagulability can reduce the validity of the test. " I wonder if based on that statement, I can jump to the conclusion that I do not have mycoplasma infection, based on the fact that my RA has not been associated with fever or weight loss? No doubt, an erroneous conclusion on my part. (But does make me curious) Mark RA 4/
