If you haven't seen it, please read it. I know that the method has helped a lot of kids expand their diets. http://www.pecanbread.com/pickyeaters.html Jody mom to -5 and -8 SCD 22 months

Guest guest
Welcome to the list Iva, > Hi, I am new here and thinking of putting my 4 year old autistic son > on the diet. The one question I have is should everyone with kids > like this put them on a dairy free, goat yogurt version of this > diet, or would it be okay for me to try it the way the book says > using cows milk yogurt etc. My son has never been GFCF, thanks , If you haven't noticed a reaction either way to dairy then you should be able to go ahead and use. It might be a good idea to wait a week or so after starting the diet to try yogurt and please go slow. Sometimes the die off reaction that happens at the beginning of the diet and/or with the addition of yogurt is confused with not being able to tolerate it.
