The City of Baytown is currently seeking two Texas Certified or

Licensed Paramedics for full-time employment. We are expanding our

services to meet the increasing need of our community.

We are the 9-1-1 provider for the City of Baytown and an area of

County which gives us a total coverage area of about 60 square

miles. As a division of the Health Department, we operate from two

stations, staffing three MICU ambulances with dual paramedic crews.

Each ambulance is equipped with the latest in technology including

Zoll M-Series 12-lead EKG monitor/defibrillators, wireless connected

Toughbook computers and Ortivus Field Data documentation software.

With 2 physicians overseeing our medical operations, we are able to

utilize very liberal Patient Care Guidelines in responding to over

7000 patient contacts per year.

Our benefit package includes: TMRS 20 year retirement, 7% employee

contribution which is matched 2 to 1 by the City, major medical,

dental, life and vision

insurance, holiday pay, sick pay, paid vacation, continuing education

and credit union.

Starting pay is $14.17 to $17.73 per hour, DOQ and is calculated on a

40 hour week.

Fill out an application on-line at www.baytown.org, or mail/fax your
