Guest guest Posted May 30, 2003 Report Share Posted May 30, 2003 Hi everyone! First, let me update from earlier, we ended up not going to the movies, it was all sold out! So, now we are going Sunday afternoon. I did not mood eat, I talked myself through it. We took the kids to Mc's like we had promised them, I had one of the Grilled Bacon Ranch salads, it was okay, but the salads from 's are much better, in my opinion, as are the ones from Jack in the Box. I did not think I was going to be able to squeeze in a workout, but my friend and I walked back to her house from Mc's, and then I went for more walking when we got home from there. It was like I could not get enough, lol! Came home and did my stretching, it was the first time in a couple of weeks that Tim (DH) had seen me do my stretching, and he says I am making great strides in my flexibility. I also got two comments today on how great I am looking, so I guess that the changes are becoming apparent now. :-D Anyway, on to the totals for today...oh, and Shan, I will report my weigh in Sunday after we get home from the gym, I want to keep using the same scale.... Breakfast: 2 slices whole wheat toast 1 serving diced peaches in juice 1 container Yoplait Whips yogurt (man is that stuff GOOD) Snack: 1 Target brand apple-cranberry trail mix bar(another great new find!) Lunch: Beef with broccoli steamed veggies steamed rice Snack: 3 c. popcorn Dinner: Grilled Bacon Ranch salad, no dressing Diet Coke Snack: Fruit and Yogurt Parfait with Kashi instead of the granola they give you Water: 4.5 liters Exercise: Total 1 hour walking 20 minutes stretching Sharon Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
