Hi Sheri,

If her behaviour seems okay now, it may have been die-off. Let us

know if you have any more problems.

Well, I realized that I was giving her some pumpkin cookies that I

made when I was preparing for the diet that I had cooked using butter.

This was before I realized that I would need to do a dairy free

version of the diet. Sooooo I went ahead and gave her probiotics,

took her off the cookies and guess what? She had a great day.

coincidence? I don't know but I'm going to take it from here and see

how things go.

She was complaining " my bottom itches " today, I'm assuming that is

yeast die off?

I have to admit I am getting frustrated as I am not really seeing any

changes in her, but I am no were near ready to give up.

Thank You,

Sheri

It does seem to be a common indicator of yeast.

Her constipation has cleared somewhat? That would be a good sign.

If she is battling yeast that would explain the die-off. The

probiotics should help. For some yeast info you can check out
