Hello everyone!

My name is Dee Dee and I just found out yesterday that I'm pregnant!

(it is still unoffical-I have my first dr. appt. on June 26th. but

the stick had a plus sign in the window!) This is my third pregnancy-

but my first since having a lap DS last March. I'm really nervous-I

had a check up with my surgeon a week ago before I knew I was

pregnant and he said that my calcium and iron was really low-and he

wanted me to get that up before I got pregnant. I'm really worried

about the last few weeks that the baby has been forming and my labs

have been bad. Has anyone else had this problem? I would love some

input on how everyone dealt with the first trimester. I am also

worried about gaining weight-my surgeon is unhappy with my weightloss

since I have only lost 60% of my weight at year out when I should

have lost 75%. I stopped losing weight in Jan. I have lost inches-

but no pounds.

But I have babbled on too long-if anyone has any advice please let me

know!

Thanks!

Dee Dee

Lap DS

3/15/01

starting weight 320

current weight 193

goal weight 150

Hi Dee Dee! I would advise you to take 2 prenatals per day, since you had

the DS. Or better, yet, call your surgeon and ask what he/she thinks.

Don't sweat losing weight, especially now. You'll probably lose some more

with your pregnancy!
