Guest guest
First of all - glad everyone liked the recipes that I sent thru. Secondly - regarding the Carmel Apple Salad - you could make 1 individual serving; or you could sprinkle apples with lemon juice like I do. Either way, that is a scrumptous salad. Now I was wanting a fried apple pie this afternoon. And we know that is not on our weight loss program. So I fiddled around with some low fat tortillas. Here is what I came up with. 1 serving - 2 points 1/3 lite apple pie filling - mash apples slightly 1 low fat flour tortilla I Can't Believe it's not Butter Spray some Splenda mixed with a little Cinnamon and nutmeg Lightly spray tortilla with butter spray. Place pie filling on one half of tortilla, leaving about a 1 inch space from edge. Sprinkle with Splenda mixture. Fold tortilla over, lightly spray with butter spray again. Sprinkle with Splenda mixture. I baked at 425 degrees for about 5-7 minutes. The tortillas brown slightly and are also crunchy. Enjoy this and the rest of the recipes. Will post more when I can.
